Cliff Mason


Cliff brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including payments networks, and services. He has extensive expertise in ACH, card, check, credit, debit, prepaid and alternative systems of payment such as via internet/mobile.

As Executive Vice President of Payment Technologies with Swift Exchange, LLC, Cliff led multiple teams focused on facilitating Swift's strategy for in-store payments with enterprise merchants in North America.


Kathy Blumenfeld

Executive Vice President of Special Operations

Kathy is a business leader with more than 26 years experience in diverse areas of financial services industry, business and government. She joined TASC in 2016 and is Vice President of Special Operations. She is leading operational readiness and contract management for a large Federal contract. Kathy is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Previously, Kathy worked at CUNA Mutual Group, AMG & McGladrey, and for the Wisconsin State and US Federal governments.

Kathy is currently serving as a Board Member of Meriter Hospital. Formerly she was Board Chair of Summit Credit Union and the Jewish Federation of Madison. She is the author of three books and is passionate about tennis, leadership, community service, travel and University of Wisconsin Badger Basketball. Kathy and her husband live in Madison and have three children.


Laura Short

Special Operations - Relationship Manager

Laura has been with TASC for 8 years, but has over 25 years of employee benefits experience in the industry. Her background in Account Management makes her an ideal fit as the Relationship Manager to the Give Back Foundation where she works to maintain the common mission of supporting and encouraging philanthropic giving. She works closely with both TASC leadership and the Give Back Foundation Board of Directors to continually promote and expand access to the giving platform to the everyday philanthropist.

She loves following her children around to all of their sporting venues and traveling on domestic mission trips through her church.  She supports and believes in the Missions of the Special Olympics, the Allegro Foundation and Able to Work USA Inc.


John Schanen

Finance – Corporate Controller

John manages the accounting, reporting and financial operations for TASC. Since joining TASC he has been actively involved in a number of acquisitions and has lead improvement efforts to more effectively utilize financial systems. John has over 30 years of professional experience with broad experience in financial reporting, business support and staff development.


Court Drescher

Finance – Corporate Controller

Court Drescher joined TASC in 2018, bringing more than 12 years of financial acumen to his role as Corporate Controller.  He has extensive experience in banking, audit, investment management, planning and develop, and risk management through his work with the Bank of Prairie du Sac, CUNA Mutual Group, and Strohm Ballweg.  He is a long-time resident of Prairie du Sac, and serves on the board of the local chapter of Dollars for Scholars; a non-profit, raising funds and identifying scholarship opportunities for youths.  Court enjoys supporting local sporting activities and taking his family on mission trips to work in children’s services, focusing on programs that aid single moms and provide childcare.


Michael Stamey

Finance - Senior Cost Accountant

Michael uses his prolific financial acumen to assist on large scale projects at TASC. He is responsible for forecasts, budgeting; and IRR and pricing models for the Combined Federal Campaign, the workplace giving program offered by the Give Back Foundation and administered by TASC. He is experienced in project management and creating new tools to ensure quality, timely financial accounting. Previously he has worked with Dean Health and Pfizer.
