The Give Back Foundation was established in 2010 as a result of a vision of making philanthropy accessible to the “every day person.”

Back in 2009, our founder Stephen Paletta appeared on the reality television series, Oprah’s Big Give. His tenacity and love of giving back made him the winner, receiving $500,000 to give to charitable causes of his choice. Instead of donating, he decided to start the Give Back Foundation—and create a platform that helps people contribute, raise, earn and donate money. We will always be grateful for this vision and generosity.

Since our start, the Give Back Foundation has thrived. We have expanded to working with organizations and people all over the country to encourage more giving. And we are incredibly proud to provide the services to the U.S. Federal Government’s Combined Federal Campaign for workplace giving.

Our current chair, Jeanan Yasiri Moe, believes everyone is a philanthropist at heart and that the Give Back Foundation exists to celebrate the philanthropist in all of us.
