Jeanan Yasiri Moe

Chair

Jeanan has been a volunteer with Access Community Health Centers since 1997. Her other philanthropic interests include working with vulnerable youth and patient populations – both through direct volunteering and serving on various boards. She was named a YWCA Woman of Distinction for her work in nonprofit and health care advocacy. She also supports strong public radio and television via contributions and volunteering.

Jeanan is an executive- level communications/marketing and engagement strategist, serving health care, higher education and media interests. She has a strong career focus on marketing and communications, practice management, project management and community outreach. She has held critical executive roles at the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW), the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Nonprofits and Dean Health System.

Pam Terry

Vice Chair, Director

Pam is a results-oriented senior level marketing executive with more than 30 years of experience at world-class consumer products companies including S. C. Johnson Wax, Mattel and The Limited, leading brands such as Glade®, Raid®, Bath & Body Works®, American Girl® and Tiki®. Currently, Pam is VP of Marketing with Demco, Inc. She has a strong background in brand strategy, omni-channel marketing strategy, and product innovation & design.

Pam is passionate about her involvement with the Catholic Multi-Cultural Center and Edgewood High School, and supports both with contributions and volunteering. She is also a member of the Red Door Society for Gilda’s Club.

Mike Stoetzel

Treasurer, Director

Mike has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on serving financial institutions. He has served as CliftonLarsonAllen’s leader of the Wisconsin Financial Institutions practice and has extensive experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services to a number of banks and credit unions. Mike has also worked with numerous commercial enterprises directed toward real estate, construction and financial services, including audits of employee benefit plans.

Mike is an active steward of his community, serving on the Town of Middleton Planning Commission as well as a member and past board president of Middleton Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mike is an avid supporter and active volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison.

Tyler Novogoratz

Tyler is an energetic IT professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field. He has experience managing IT in both non-profit and private sector environments. Currently employed at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., Tyler leads the cyber security and disaster recovery programs.

Through donations and event participation, Tyler supports several charitable organizations including, The MACC Fund, Access Community Health Centers, and Overture Center for the Arts.

David Lee

Director

David Lee is an entrepreneur and investor focused on IoT solutions, trusted manufacturing, and “authentic/big data” solutions for global technology and cyber challenges. David is currently President of Intelligence & Digital Data at ASRC Federal responsible for providing technology solutions & operations to customers across the $1.2B business. Prior to ASRC, David served as group President at Vistronix, a $150M business supporting the intelligence community. The company was acquired in 2014. Prior to Vistronix, Mr. Lee held several executive positions at Noblis, National Security Partners (NSP), and in 2005, founded LMN Solutions – a $20M+ software development company acquired in 2012. Mr. Lee works with technology companies and private equity/venture groups for tech investment and is an active participant in industry forums on machine learning, IoT, and privacy/ethical data use. David is active in his local community fundraising for academic opportunities and coaching youth sports in Washington, DC. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, a MS from Johns Hopkins University (JHU), and completed an Executive program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Management & Leadership.

William Pierce

Director

Bill is a public affairs professional with over 30 years of experience working in the public and private sectors as a Congressional staffer; a political appointee at the Department of Health and Human services; and in the private sector as a consultant for several organizations.

He is currently a senior director of APCO Worldwide providing strategic advice and counsel, tactical execution and representation to a wide range of clients facing challenging circumstances and great opportunity.

Bill is a long- time volunteer for many organizations serving diverse audiences.Currently he is on the Board of Directors for the Woodley House, a Washington, D.C.organization that helps people with mental illness live full and healthy lives with dignity.He is also a volunteer in his community with the Silver Spring Village, a non-profit dedicated to healing seniors stay in their homes. He works with his alma-mater as a member of the Dean’s Washington Council for the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.Previously he was an advisor to the Hope Street Group, a non- partisan organization committed to engaging new participants in public policy; in 2000, he was a founding member of the George Mason University Mercatus Center’s Advisory Council for Capitol Hill Programs; and he was a volunteer mentor with the Hoop Dreams Foundation; a mentoring program for college bound Washington, DC inter- city students.

Molly, a co-founder of Groundwork Events, has planned, facilitated and coordinated projects and events at multiple venues and for many different social and mission driven organizations.  She has helped educational and research entities, non-profit and private sector clients during her career. Molly’s previous experience includes political, public service, and policy work. 

Molly has extensive volunteer and philanthropic experience, as a past and current board member for many area organizations. She is passionate about access to healthcare, high quality education, and medical research.

Libby Gerds

General Manager

Libby, a co-founder of Groundwork Events, and has focused on project management, event planning and strategy analysis.  Libby has successfully planned and executed events and campaigns of all sizes. Prior to co-founding Groundwork, Libby worked in foundation, philanthropic and organizing roles in the public, private and philanthropic sectors. 

Libby is an active board member and volunteer for several charitable organizations, focusing on literacy and early childhood education.
